Community Involvement & Pro Bono
The Anderson Firm encourages everyone to participate in pro bono service and allows staff to use a certain number
of work hours annually for such participation. As counsel to several non-profits, the firm also donates additional time annually to two retained clients yearly to offset their existing legal bills.
Precious Anderson has been actively involved in the community since she was up and down on her mother’s hip. From voter registration drives to serving food to the homeless, Attorney Anderson devotes considerable time each year to serving on boards, volunteering and financially contributing to a select number of charitable causes.
Attorney Anderson has served on the board of The Atlanta Community Food Bank, The Teresa Scott Foundation, Spelman College Museum, Investing In Our Youth, Inc., Atlanta Woman Magazine, the Steering Committee for Georgia Chapter of The Arthritis Foundation and Atlanta’s GotJazz Music Festival. She is also an alumnae of United Way’s V.I.P. (Volunteer Involvement Program) and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a sisterhood of over 200,000 members that provides assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.
