FAMILY LAW

Whether on the offense or defense, The Anderson Firm advises and represents clients involved in existing threatened or desired domestic or family law matters. Specifically regarding familial disputes, divorce, child support, custody, contempt, enforcement, settlement, mediation, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, alimony, marital property division, marital debt division, relocation, father’s rights, grandparent’s rights, and wills.

Although we service a high number of celebrity, athlete and other high profile clients, we thoroughly enjoy representing everyday people who need and deserve accomplished, experienced and trusted representation.

If you require representation in a practice area where we do not practice, still give us a call, as many existing and potential clients do, and we will refer you to other attorneys who practice in the area you desire.

What we don’t do/Areas we do not practice in

We are very discerning with the cases we take and we do not handle every type of case in our practice areas. For example, in family law, we do not handle cases involving adoption, termination of parental rights, juvenile cases, or cases for parents whose children have been taken away by the state.  In entertainment, we do not shop deals, market artists, or do any copyright work.  In business, we do not handle derivative actions, reverse mergers or claims businesses have against the state or federal government.
