Precious Anderson, Principal and Founding Attorney
Precious Anderson is the Principal of The Anderson Firm, LLC. As a deal lawyer and serial entrepreneur, Attorney Anderson represents clients in personal, family, and business-related matters. Prior to starting The Anderson Firm, LLC, Attorney Anderson worked as an associate with King & Spalding, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia.
Precious’ entrepreneurial experience includes pitching and overseeing music and TV projects, co-owning a sports bar, business consulting for a national branding company, assisting disadvantaged business enterprises, and working as an intern for Sutherland, National Public Radio, Gannett News Service (USA Today), and the late Governor Lawton Chiles Press Office in Tallahassee, Florida.

Attorney Anderson earned double summa cum laude honors with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and B.A. in Political Science from Florida A&M University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Jenny Winkleman, Attorney
Attorney Jenny Winkleman has more than a decade of experience practicing criminal defense and family law in the Atlanta area. She’s motivated by helping clients deal with difficult situations and moving to the next chapter of their lives. Attorney Winkleman excels at absorbing the burdens of our clients while providing compassionate and empathetic legal counsel. She never fails to elicit a laugh or smile from her clients and anyone else she meets.
Attorney Winkleman is married with a 3-year-old daughter who has a continually contagious smile. She and her husband, Todd, have 3 furbabies and love Atlanta sports. Attorney Winkleman is a long-time Falcons season ticket holder and crafts in her spare time — she even has an Etsy store to sell her creations!

Courtney Poss, Paralegal
Courtney, our firm’s paralegal, has decades of experience working in the legal field. She’s passionate about protecting and preserving the rights of The Anderson Firm’s clients. Most of all, she loves using critical thinking to solve problems and help people realize brighter futures. With her wonderful husband and two lovely daughters, Courtney makes her home in Cherokee County.

- Has been in the legal field for 13 years
